Either an STD or even more likely it's a UTI (urinary tract infection).
I really suggest getting tested for both and getting on an antiobiotic. It's more dangerous for a man to get a UTI because the infection has a shorter way to the kidney's and if you see blood then that means it's already gotten there and it can get quite serious after that.
Drink lots of water and I suggest drinking TONS of cranberry juice. It's the BEST method of getting rid of a UTI without getting a prescription, is yummy, healthy, and costs less, too.
Good luck!

Go to the doctor. The chances that you have an infection of some sort are great, especially since you claim to be leaking pus. Most infections, either sexual or urinary, can be cleared up relatively quickly with antibiotics. So go to the docs now! The infection could spread upwards to your kidneys and make life a worse hell for you.

Sweetie...tell your doctor whats going on and I promise they will see you today. Yo todger is broke! It sounds to me like advanced bladder cancer. But it could be something less like the clap. I hope that whatever it is it can be treated.

You either have an extremely bad urinary tract infection or worse, VD. Using a condom would have prevented that. See a doctor and keep your johnson in your pants.

Could simply be a uti (urinary tract infection) or stones. You should get it checked by your gp, take a sample of urine and save yourself some time.
