Let me tell you my story.
I felt the same way when my ex left me for another woman. To add insult to injury, he met her in a pub, knew her for a week, and then came and broke up with me (we had being going out for a year)
I felt so low. Wondering what is wrong with me. Only now do I realize, there is nothing wrong with me. He's the scumbag!
Off course he ended up fighting with and breaking up with this woman to. I was young and foolish and took him back. A year later he did the same thing again!
This time I pulled myself together and got on with life. By the time he came crawling back again, swearing that this time was really the last time, I had a new boyfriend, who took care of me and was getting on with my life.
The lesson I learned: If they don't respect now, they never will. You might feel it's love, but to him it's just a joyride.
Find a man who is as serious about not hurting other peoples feelings as you are.
So don't worry, you might feel bad now, and it might feel that it will never end (I locked myself in my room, and refused to eat) but before you know it a week would have past, then a month, and one year from now you'll look back. Stronger and more beautiful than ever, and shake you're head in disbelieve that you felt this way.
The best tip I can give is go for a haircut, do you're nails and dress up nicely. This might be the last things you feel like doing. But the nice change will bring you're confidence back, and take you're mind of things.
And trust me on the haircut!

Yes, and it was painful for a while.Crying is a normal response but dont let it consume you.It was after going through that painful part of my life; that I developed into a better person.Focus on yourself.Hold your head high.Don't be bitter; it turns people away and you torment only yourself.
I am happy to say that now, I have met a wonderful man and we are in love.We are more in love since we're together than we been before. Had my ex not left; I would not have met the man I love today..

Actually my current gf left me a while back for some guy at her school. I was devistated to say the least and couldn't understand what happened. I loved her and still do to this very day. She soon relaized that all they really had was a physical connection and that he was really a jerk who would lie to her. Throughout the whole ordeal I stood bye as her friend and we have now been back together for almost 4 months.

Yes; it really hurts doesn't it? My ex and I were together more than 30 years; I found out he was cheating; because he gave me an std! Thank God it was treatable!!! I hated him for awhile, but then I realized I still have feelings for him; but I've closed the door because he can't be trusted!

I left my husband a twelve months in the past for somebody else. i grew to become into in a loveless marriage. My ex acted like he grew to become into single. he's desires have been constantly placed first formerly me and our babies. He left out me, ridiculed me, and grew to become into embarassing to pass out with. as quickly as I met my now boyfriend, I knew it grew to become into time to get out. I purely stayed by way of young ones yet ended up being depressing interior the approach. He confirmed me that i grew to become into incredibly worth extra that what the ex grew to become into doing. have confidence me you're actually not getting lectures from me. people fall out of affection each and all the time. while you're actually not chuffed and you be responsive to this different person is somebody you want to be with continuously, I say pass away your hubby. i don't be apologetic approximately it and it grew to become into the superb ingredient i'd desire to have ever completed. My young ones are happier and so am I. sturdy success hun!!!!

This is terrible for you. If he left you all you can do is to let him realise that the other womean is not all that, even then if it works out, you have to move on. I suggest crying and then going out with the girls, joining sports classes and then you will meet somebody else you will love. you will love again, it may seem impossible but you will. good luck

Yes and it hurts like hell. A lot of emotions run thru your head and one tends to over analyze everything. Just know that as one door closes another one opens. I think we all go thru this at times...it's called LIFE. Good luck to you!
