When you have qualifications they say you don't have experience and when you have experience they ask for paper qualifications. Both can not be achieved by everyone unless your parents have enough to feed you forever. Is it a deliberate attempt by the rich to kill others?.

Just because they "ask" for both doesn't mean they'll get both. Apply for positions you feel able to fill and let them make the cuts. If they need bodies they'll hire the best qualified applicants.

What are you talking about? What kind of qualifications?

You can get experience by interning or apprenticing somewhere. This costs you NOTHING.

You can get skills through work experience. If you want college, there are so many low-cost loans, scholarships, and grants out there.

If you really want the job, you'll find a way to fill in the gaps in your resume/skills.

That is because of the ediotic employers these days who want to create either unecessary formalities or want the perfect man to do the job but they will eventually never find what they are loking for because no one is perfect so they, the ediot employers, should divide their work to certain departments. My advice - don't go to ediotic employers

they make internships for the credentialed who want to gain experience, as long as your "credentials" are good enough you can get an internship that usually leads to a job.

i think you're just not trying hard enough.
