Eastern time, Central time, Mountain time, Pacific time, Alaska time, and Hawaiian-Aleutian time. And the US does change the clocks in spring and fall.

There are 4 i believe: Eastern, Central, Pacific, and Alaskan (or whatever). It is currently 8:46 am in eastern time and for the other times, just go one hour back for each (-1 Central, -2 Pacific, -3 Alaskan)
