I have these blemishes and spots that I can't get rid of around my lips - people tell me hair grows out of them but when I squeeze them they are like pimples.. and they spread across my lips too. Sorry if this doesn't sound too eloquent! It's a problem I've had for so long and I'd just like to be rid of this once and for all.

Look up the pictures on Google or something and let me know if that is what it is. If it is, it's a sebaceous gland thing and pretty normal.

It could be an alergic reaction to anything..a lip balm...or a new cleanser.....you could also have cold sores. If you have been in the sun alot or gone to a tanning bed, this can have affect on your lips too. But I would ask the doctor just to be safe. Good Luck.

I get the same thing sometimes. I found that if I have a nice steamy washcloth and open up the pores in that area before using my cleanser, it helps to get the impurities out. Then I don't develop a build-up of the white spots anymore.
