I really got on with my ex's parents and stayed in touch for a while - but i had to cut off contact so that I could make a clean break from my ex. and get over him.
However, this is not the worry for you. If it was over 25 years ago - I'm sure you are over her now!! Lol.

Yep I have a great relationship with my ex inlaws but my ex wife doesn't get on with anyone any more. She feels that her parents betrayed her by remaining friends with me. OH well her loss!

I still have a good relationship with my ex's parents. We don't hang out but I would if it ever came up.
