This probably pertains to the young ladies out there. Last night we were having supper when my step daughter informed her mother and me that probably half the young ladies in her school are bi sexual. Since both of use are in are middle 40's we find this hard to believe. Is this sort of thing true? and why. Mike and Donna

I think she's exadgerating a bit. I think a lot of girls in her age group are curious about that sort of thing. Many young women may fantasize or imagine themselves in those kinds of situations, but I doubt many act on it, and of those that do, most figure out it's not their thing.
I don't know if it's always been that way, or if this is somehow a new phenomena for this generation. I know that experimentation of any sort has been the norm for teens and early twenties.
The term most of us use for this particular form of experimentation is "bi-curious". And that's what it is, curiosity that very few act on.
Your step-daughter is displaying another trait common to her age group: exadgeration.

I would like to add one more thing though. If it's your step-daughter who is expressing these things, don't brush it off as "just a phase", because sometimes it's not. When gay or bi-sexual young men and women are struggling with their sexual identity, it can be very difficult: they'll need the love, support and acceptance of their family.

It does seem that society today is encouraging more and more abnormal traits to be acceptable. What was once the norn is NO LONGER the norm just go to San Diego or San Fransico or turn on the TV, heck just step out your front door in some cities. Same sex relationships are on the rise, closet doors have been ripped off the door jam and burned.
The answer is yes, and if she is telling you about it chances are she wants to say more but might be testing the waters to see how receptive you both will be. She isnt necessarily Bi or experimenting, after all most young girls do experiment a couple of times according to physcologist. I would encourage a mother daught one to one outting to try and gather more intel on this matter. Is she concerned about this, is she involved with this. Who, What, Where, When, How, & Why,,, go through the process without coming on as a cop or interrogationist. God`s Speed. It's true, even in culture crazed countries it seems to be becoming the norm.
To look at it objectively, it's strategically correct in women. The male population will soon be in the decline and ulterior means may be the only way to get off.
Men always fantasize about having two women in bed with him (or more) so I suppose at some point the prospect garnered potential in women too. They aren't as homophobic as certain men are and that is at the end of the day, beyond conventionality- a good thing.

It is very common.

They grow out of it, but it is something that has been introduced to them by TV (shows like Nip and Tuck) and stuff on the Internet.

As media pushes the envelope with content, what is "normal" keeps getting pushed over.

When I started having sex, nobody shaved, today it is the norm. Hair is a definite negative.

Threesomes MFF are very common.

I am 42.

One thing that Clinton made more popular is oral sex. More high school girls do this now instead of regular sex according to some surveys that I saw. Not such a bad thing instead of pregnancy.

I think many young ones getting into bi or gay activities when they are young is a temporary phase... This is normally change with their age.. This is normally not any hormonal defect...

But if a gal or a guy seem to be dis interested in the opposite ones then it can be co-related with some defects...

So dont worry they are just exploring each other ....

I can only speak for the ladies I know. Most are bi, but very few admit it openly or act upon it for many self-esteem or religious issues.

i'm undecided it incredibly concerns. It has no longer something to do together with her expertise or loss of. sure, she took her call from a Queen song, "Radio Ga Ga" which grew to become into written by making use of Roger Taylor, no longer Freddie. The song grew to become into initially titled "Radio Ca Ca" that would have been extra ideal in female's case. Freddie Mercury grew to become into bisexual yet that had no longer something to do with the fact he grew to become into between the superb performers who ever lived.

THESE POOR LITTLE CHILDREN. LITTLE TEENAGE KIDS BEING SUCKED DRY BY THE WORLD. This is what the end times will be like, the bible says men will sleep with men, and woman with woman. Where are these kids parents? It`s really sad they think it`s cool, like a fad or something. Thank you Hollywood, and MTV.
