I had to us both, Metric is easier in math ,but so much is in terminology is what makes things hard. 2x4's, 4x8 ft plywood squ.yds.cuft .cu yds.I know my volumes in liquid ,cups, pints and such. But picture the amount in metric was just hard. We had a lot of road projects in metric for about five years ,but were always converting to English for the contractors, also their scales are in lbs and meters are in gallons . So it just turned out to be a pain in the *** . back to English now,
