Flash cars work well. For general memory improvement, remember that game when we were kid where you had a deck of cards face down and you had to flip two over and find pairs. And if you got it wrong you turned them back and tried two other cards. You could try a themed version with the therms and their definitions as a pair?

With my job I have to have to know a lot of the background and more than just basic knowledge of the Commission I work for. What has helped me is after writing things down, I read it out-loud. I also keep certain dates with notes in my Blackberry or in my separate planner book. For example if I heard something new about the Commission or something that would affect the Commission I would put it into my Blackberry on the Date, who and where I heard it from and the time, that way I can always refer back to it.....When I am at an appointment or waiting around somewhere I'll take the Blackberry out and look through what I've got.

Just develop some kind of a consistent study pattern and you'll be fine.

I hope this helps a little!

Try making whatever you're memorizing into a song... I have a poor memory for lots of things but never songs. And of course lead a healthy life!

how to make your memory stronger?
I recommend you to read a few books on improving your memory. here is what they say: by associating the things you want to remember with the things you already know and make it as ridiculous as possible. for dates, there are actually a few "translation" from the numbers to their respective alphabets. but i can't remember exactly how. but, trust me, i recommend you to read those books concerning brain and study

good luck for your master degree

Take vitamin supplements such as zinc which improve your memory. Also, a little masturbation once in a while helps relieve stress and helps you remember things better.

To memorise is actually to increase the "recalling". So store it in a clear and calm manner, one thing at a time, mind focused.

Find your memory nitch....
Everyone has their own way of remembering things.
What are things you do remember...
How do you remember them?
Do you remember songs? Rhymes? Picture things? Association?
Think about it...

Find your memory nitch...

i guess it's just on the way you work things out for you... just put your heart and mind on what you're doing and everything will be fine...vitamin supplements can help to but it's more on how you motivate yourself
