With a massive 1.2 billion population and a highly qualified manpower, why do we face this situation?. Countries like China, Taiwan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, Finland etc have got excellent infrastructure and some of them having Indians as their manpower. In fact all these countries are not as good as India's English language skills and have achieved this growth in less than 20 years. They are far ahead and progessing very rapidly. I feel sad.What's wrong with us?.

We can't say brain drain while millions of brains are going down the drain. I can show very talented people deprived of opportunity also.

Are you insane, when you say India is short on skills. India is very rich in Human Resource. That is our strength. Not having infrastructure at par with the countries you have listed has some other reason. That has something to do with: the secular fabric of our constitution, large population and fair play.
Why do you underestimate India. India has the best brains in Medicine, Space Technology, IT, Engineering,...The list is endless. I appreciate your concern for the below par growth. But never mind, we are progressing with human values. You should be proud of our human values and morality, peace loving nature. Time is not far when we would be one of them.

Most of the person in the India is very inteligent and having a highly qualified manpower. All want a comfortable life and HI-FI life but it's provided by our govt. compared to other country. In abroad person will easily get the Job and live happily, while in Our country thousand of employees apply for the same one post. Now you think what sholud people do? At last they have no any option and decided to go to abroad and settle over there. even bachelor degree holders work in production company , there no work regarding to their study.
on the another hand some people leave india because of the enjoyment which is easily to get rather than india like work, handsome men, beautiful women , free environment, tourism place, sex, marriage life, etc.
Inspite of all things i love my India too much. at last i would like to say that you can't find any country like india.

Seems the best from India leave the country for the US and Britain where the money better as is the quality of life.
Of the Indians I work with every one has said the US is so much better to live in than India.

As you can see countries with such great population have not been developped as the residents are so many and the country's economy poor to reach a high level. In Finland for example residents have been improved and although they are very few to India they have reached a higher level.

Please understand we indians get educated from the best schools in our country(like IIM's, IIt's, Engg/Medical Collages) at whoose expense? At the expenses of Governement excheaquer in Financial terms and at the Sacrifice of Many avearage But still good Forward caste boys/girls loosing their seats despite Good marks.
What Happens next, he completes his basic foudation education here and goes abroad. Who benefits ? The host country.
Hence it isneccessary for our politicians to frame certain laws that these guys and gals just cannot leave our country untill they commit working for a minimum of 7 years and in that 3 years compulsorily rural. Then see what happens. They should include even army navy airforce etc as part of their service.
