I put too much weight on rafters. The garage has a low slope and cheaply built. no trusses.

Plywood to thin or rafter cracked? To solve the problem find out what is bad.

You might try jacking it up (jack on floor with 2x4 extending up to one of the beams) and then re-enforce the existing rafters or add in some trusses.
