Masturbation on a daily basis is good for you. Masturbation is good for your sexual development, it is good for your prostate and will keep you from getting cancer when you are in your 60's, it relaxes you, it helps you to control those unwanted erections during the day, it helps you to control your sexual arousal, it relieves stress, it feels really good. It is not a sin since masturbation is not mentioned in the bible in either the old or new testament. As a 14 year old it is good for you to ejaculate 2 to 3 times a day. You do need to accept the fact the solo sex is a form of sex and should be done privately and kept personal. There are no bad side affects. And it has no negative side affects on sex with a partner when you get older. So keep it up and enjoy being a man. As you get older you will find the need to do it less and when you get a sex partner you may even give it up

As teen going though changes in your body the question is logical masturbation on daily basis is normal and most boys will be masturbating the same time you are. We live in 21st. century and still we are ignorant as to teaching facts of life on masturbation. Relax and enjoy the pleasures of self pleasure and keep paper towels or rag handy for clean up.
