I never, ever thought that I'd ever see the day when a president of the USA would argue that we need to torture people, that we need to intern people indefinitely without charges, that we need to cluster bomb people, that the Constitution is just a piece of paper, that Congress has no say in any matter, that there will be ongoing war forever, that corruption was OK. I can't express how absolutely anti-American Bush is--he's a barbarian, an insolent, cowardly, self-important little jerk who has deliberately set out to destroy the country and turn it into a theocracy. The forefathers aren't turning over in their graves, they're as flabbergasted as I am...America is now the opposite of what its founders proposed it to be...But people get the leaders they deserve, I guess, leaders who reflect what the people think of themselves--So Americans must think of themselves as brutes and barbarians.

Our forefathers would have used any means at their disposal to destroy anyone that attacked America. Read your history. You have more civil rights now than you ever did in the 17 and 1800's.

Firstly, I'm not an American.

He has not destroyed America. He is damaging it, but the future of the US rests with the people who live there, and the passion that they have for making the US the kind of country that they aspire to live in. if you don't like it - change it.

Talk, Write, protest, stand for election.

Just don't look back in anger.

You shouldn't worry about what Bush does, but what the american people do not do in response to this.

I think the Founding Fathers are spinning in their graves over what is happening in this country today.
