How come when you drive over some hills...?

your stomach feels like it's dropping inside your body? It's not on a lot of hills, only rarely...what make the design of the hill cause that affect on your body?

Negative "G" force going down the hill. This happens also in a roller coaster, a large slide, airplane descending quickly, etc.

It sometimes happens to me. But not always
