There is no reset button. Please do not answer with "Push the reset button." It is an older model craftsman.

You enter the code press another code that resets (something like 9999) and then enter a new code. I'd check ggogle for the model # and see if you can download the instruction guide.

I don't know how old my garage door is, but to change mine I enter my current code, then press the # button (the light on the inside of the garage blinks twice.) Then I enter the new code and press the enter button. It is finished! I don't know if this helps, but I hope it does.

odd ive never heard of a restet button....but normally putting in a new code will do fine
