As a Dodger fan I'll say they'll win the World Series, so in essence they'll win the National League Pennant. As a baseball fan, unfortunately, it looks unlikely they'll even win the first round of the playoffs. I do believe, however, that they'll win the division (had they lost that epic game on Monday and with their loss to the Pirates - add to that the win the Padres had over the Dbacks, they would have been down 2 1/2 rather than 1/2 a game). They're still in good shape where they will shake off the adrenaline of Monday and the final two weeks will be sheer business. If the Padres and the Dodgers meet in the post season, you may be seeing a rivalry brewing that will challenge the Dodger - Giants rivalry. GO DODGER BLUE!
P.S. The Dodger killer will be their bull pen. They need to step it up!

A very good question. The Padres are playing better right now. They have 12 games left, and the Dodgers have 11 games left. My guess is the Dodgers will not the pennant because they end the season with 3 games at SF. The Giants would love nothing better than to knock the Dodgers out of the playoffs. They may have the chance to do just that. I like this Dodgers team and I hope they do make the playoffs. If they make it as the wild card they have the Mets waiting for them in the first round. Not exactly a recipe for success.

The Padres will not win. They can't even hold a 4 run lead into the bottom of the ninth. Monday was history in the making. It proves that the Dodgers can come back from anything. You see even if the Padres make the playoffs they won't score enough runs to win. Therefore you might as well just cross them out. They don't have Maddux, Penny and Lowe. The Dodgers have much better pitching and offensive than do the Padres. Just a little something to think about.

No. They are inconsistent. They do have a chance to go to the World Series though because the Mets and Cardinals are both just as inconsistent. If they do make it to the World Series, then they would have to play those Yankees. Although the Yankees have also been inconsistent, they have winners on the team like Jeter, A-Rod, and Damon. Lets hope the Dodgers play the Yanks in the World Series!

To all the Dodgers haters: The Dodgers will bounce back from the loss yesterday and retake the lead.

No the Pardres will. Dodgers will probably lose out on the wildcard to the Phillies also. Ryan Howard is a stud. The dodgers don't really have one.

The pennant is the league not the division and no they wont win even a division title. Their bullpen is awful and it will be the Padres and two words for you Trevor Hoffman.

No.
The Padres will. The Phillies will get the Wild Card.
Then the Padres will get swept in the first round by the Mets.
