If it's a Christian man marrying a Muslim woman go for it of course,she will be treated better than any Muslim man would have treated her. I would never on the other hand suggest a Christian woman marry a Muslim man,just a recipe for personal disaster. I am coming at this from a secular POV and just thinking of cultures and how they could clash at a personal level though so take it as you will and deal with the religious issues in your own way.

Islamic teachings say that a Christian man CANNOT marry a Muslim woman but a Muslim man CAN marry a Christian woman.

If being a Christian or Muslim is very important to either one of you the answer is probably not. If you are willing to look by religion and deal with each other without the dogma then maybe.

sure but understand that in the muslim religion if they marry outside it they are subject to being shunned and killed. christian's just usually ignore you or excommunicate you if you're catholic.
actually i had a friend who got pregnant by a muslim guy, (they lived here in the states) he never told his family because they would have sent him back to pakistan and there he would have been beaten and killed. the girl was from a 'christian' home and is now raising their kid by herself with her family's help.

Christian means like Christ. A muslim must come subject to the word of God. Every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord

Christian woman can, no problem. A Christian man has to convert as he is presumed to be the head of the household therefore have the last word as to how his children are raised.

They can, but the bible strictly urges us not to. "Do not be unevenly yoked with unbelievers." Ths is to protect us from complications in a relationship. God knows what`s best.
