Who was the first person in our world? Is the bible the only true history of the world like some people believe? If so then it would be Adam. If the bible is a semi-true history that also includes parables used as illustrations, then how do we even know how or when Man first really existed? What came first, the man or the woman?

Geoff.
He lived just south of Basingstoke in south England.
His name was largely redundent as there was not a culture of names at that time (approximately 250,000 years ago).
Over centuries the trend caught on and names like Geoffery, John, Gerald and then women's names like Janice and Jane were developed.
For at least 50,000 years all names began with a J or a G. Names like Steve and Peter appeared later in evolutionary time.

Adam. He was the first. If you look at the Neandertal man, he had rickets. Manu is a name for Adam in some European and Asian cultures.
