try: acne medicine, rubbing alchohol, toothpaste (seriously it works), before you go to bed put the medicine on, dont rub it in. If nothing else works, see a dermatologist.

When you have persistent acne and nothing has worked, it may not be acne at all. Perhaps it's time to see your Doctor so he or she can give you a referral to a Dermatologist. If no acne treatment is working you may have a skin condition called Rosacea. Rosacea looks like acne but it has a different cause. If it is Rosacea there is an effective treatment that will clear up your skin in a few weeks. If it is stubborn acne, dermatologists have a treatment for that as well. These treatments take about a month to work, but whether or not it is Rosacea or Acne, the dermatologist will be able to clear up your complexion and give you treatments that will help ensure that they do not come back.
