Use Google Earth. www.googleearth.com

U could download Google earth form a CD or form the Internet and then the Google earth icon will appear on ur desktop and whenever u want to see the earth then all what u have to do is to connect ur computer to internet and open the Google earth icon.
and if u pay some money on Google earth website then u could view a closer image for any place on the global.

Imagery of Earth? Google earth.

REAL TIME imagery? Work for Nasa. I don't know of ANY real-time feeds except for the occasional view from the ISS or Shuttle.
