I agree with gypsy.
I would stare at first, then I would remember that there are all kinds of things in this world that make people look different. But then, I'm not the type that obsesses over the appearance of others.

first reaction would be surprise, but then you must realize that this person would have a skin disorder, so you wouldnt need to keep staring, just accept them as you would anyone else
