Its a joke, similar to "just say no." What a farce, and no one except religious fundamentalists ( I imagine) ever listened to it for over a minute. Its in the same category as "a thousand points of light." An advertising campaign to make someone or something look good. Hype.

Then it would be the government against themselves.

Wherever there's money to be made, commercial values will always reign supreme, screwing ethics.

So in that case there won't be a drug free America, or Canada, or Britain etc.. . Sorry.

Yeah, and besides, lots of people use illegal drugs anyway. And also legal drugs like cigarettes.
