I've had problems with the Bundaberg cash converters before, and I rang them everyday. I harassed them so much they felt obligated to help to make me go away, and I also threatened legal action on them (which I would have done). I suggest you find out if there is a head cash converters office and seek legal advice. (Even if you just contact the office of fair trading). I would ring the caloundra office tomorrow, give them 24 hours to produce the ring, and then take legal action. If the ring is that important to you, I would put an ad in the paper asking anyone who may have purchased it to please sell it back to you. (That is in case cash converters has sold it). If you aren't too embarassed, I would even go to the newspaper. I think legal action or publicity would get their butts into gear.
