i was told that i am 7 weeks preg by my last menstral period. and that fell on augest 5th. my periods are VERY normal they usualy range around 27 or 28 day cycles. i usualy keep track of them and the one prior to aug 5th was july 8th. The cycle that i had in july was my normal 6 days or so. the one that i had on aug 5th was only like 3 or 4 days long, and thats not normal for me. i was just curious if there was a chance that i could be farther along? the docter told me its hard to tell with hcg levels cause they range sooo much. i have an ultrasound scheduled in a couple weeks to date it, but i was curious if i could get some possible insight? thank you soooo much!!

They can't be totally be accurate about how far along you are. They always go by your last period. Just wait for your ultrasound.

Of course it is possible but more than likely the Dr. was right telling you are 7 weeks. If there is any question about how far along you are the Dr. will definitely be able to tell by the Ultrasound.

It is possible that you could be further along. When I was pregnant with my 4th child I had 2 periods before they stopped.

who can just answer your quick (9 line long) question without any investigation and examine you?????

and ya, most important -- don't depend on the answers you get here
