No because being in Recruitment myself I think if you make even just one placement from that AD a month it would be over a £300 fee so you would have made your money back and more , and possibly would have not found that person if they had not come in from that website :0) ................

On line recruiters, what a laugh, 300 pounds for writing a few lines on a screen, It's easy money and only fools take on their service. If I were you I would look in the papers and on line, there are plenty of offers where ever you look and it has not cost you a penny except the cost of the Internet or paper which is considerably less than 300 pounds

if you get a new employee and they stay for three years that has cost you less than a pound a month. If the employer were any good they wouldn't need to advertise, there would be people queuing up at the door.

Don't get scammed by this! You should only be replying to job ads; don't fall for other schemes. Get out there on foot, and do some honest searching!
