well! yes there is possiblities of viruses but still ...i think somebody has changed or tampered with your computers 'scheduled task' ,he has done tht restart program(or simply set a task) to startup...dont panic try this...open you computer wid *safe mode* and try to check your startup! or check tht scheduled task...if it thr then simply disable it or delete it.

when ur system is booting up just press F8 in the key board to enter into options and select the safe mode and then get into the administrator and then check for the power options in the control panel and check power schemes choose always to never for all the things below and in the hibernation tab disable the hibernation too
