If you want to babysit you can put ads up in shop windows saying that you are available to babysit, also ask your parents to ask around their work places to see if anyone requires a babysitter.

You could also do:

car washing
Dog walking
ironing service - (I know so many people who hate ironing. Me included - why if someone offered to do mine I wouldn't say no!)
Paper Round
Sell things you don't want on Ebay

chores sounds good
babysitting is good.....who pass the word have you parents help do that with friends. take a CPR course to show you are resposible
BUT your age will matter. No one wants a baby watching their child. One more thing with the kids is offer help with home-work if they are young 1st-2nd-3rd-graders after school

Yes, chores.

The more chores you do the more pay you'll get.
