What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Click Start button and select run, Type services.msc and press enter.

Scroll to Print Spooler and double Click it, a dialogue box will appear

Make sure the startup type is Automatic

Press Start button under Services Status.

That should do the magic. You can now install your printer.

go into services in administrative tools off the start menu and start the print spooler service, set it to automatic. if it wont run find the error code and goto Technical Supporrt on the Microsoft Website and fault find the problem there
