First, accept the reality and facts of life. Example, one cannot have control over wealth, status, relationships and health.
That's just part of life. To me, the very first thing is to learn to love yourself. Only then, you can love the life and enjoy better the love people give it to you.

phillipians 4 v 8 says
"Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things."

always try to live in present movement ( never curse the past neither hope from future), just enjoyed the moment you are living nowwwww. no person,no luxury,no situation, no place can make you happy. only u & u can make yourself happy in any situation any place adopting presence of mind in present.
