Does anyone know of an independant company who will .....?

make a fizzy drink to my specs (flavour, colour etc) and bottle it with a label of my design? I only need a sample of 50 bottles @ 300ml.

This might be an expensive option but have you thought of using a home fizzy drinks maker such as Sodastream. You then have total control of the contents and the amount of fizz.
