Veronicas strip in Las Americas has plenty of bars/nightclubs.
Also visit Mount Tiede, some stunning views.
Peurto de la Cruz in the north is well worth a visit, nice place and has a wildlife park ( Loro Parque ) where you can watch dolphin show etc...
Los Cristianos is 5 mins away from you and is also decent place.
