Actually its quite a sad story. The old lady was at one time a pillar of the community, spending her career as Head Mistress of the local school, and then ran the library after retiring.
Her son developed a serious drug addiction, and the poor old dear sold everything she had to pay for his rehabilitation. Anyway, the son didnt complete the treatment, conned her out of her last savings, and she ended up penniless, in a squat.
She died of a broken-heart, an acute case of pneumonia, and no doubt eating all those bugs contributed. So now you know.

Of course if yo then swallowed a spider to eat the fly
And swallowed a bird to eat the spider
And swallowed a Cat to eat the bird.....

Then, I think yes, you might die!

she only choked on the fly, however the paramedics refused to enter her house because of the smell of urine
