what an ignorant question- 3rd world countries always seem to imitate 2ND and 1st world countries because they are more modern, i guess if they did that they learned it from them.

people in the 3rd world are resourceful. come to think of it, what would you use if you forget your tissue or handkerchief??... they just do that if necessary but they don't always do it.
