Hi!
Clearasil Pads work a treat for a daily use, if you don't have time for a full scrub. Use one when you get up and one as soon as you go to bed. They also offer a balancing moisturiser for about 3 pound over here which is great for balancing the dry/oily patches of your skin.
Also, try to use and exfoilating mask once a week. One with seeds in is usually very good as the seeds act as an exfoiliant.
If That still doesn't shift them within a week, change your make-up. Some make-ups block pores and don't shift even if you use a good make-up remover. Also, once you've finished going out for the day, remvoe your make-up straight away to prevent any clogging from happening.
Lastly, a facial mask or peel is the final option or black-head removing pads from companies such as Garnier and Ponds. They can be painful the first time around but it does get better.
A change in diet can also help. Try eating moe fruit and drinking more water. Oh btw, you can eat chocolate still, there is no official link between that and spots and is usually considrered an old-wives tale.
Hope this helps and good luck beating the blighters!

Try those pore strips, the Biore ones are really good especially if you steam your face first. Also Avon do a pore refining mask that is good.

If they are really bad try to see a dermatologist and they might prescribe some sort of vitamin A retinoid cream. If the cream doesn't work after a few months they will probably tell you to go for a chemical peel.
