Phil Collins and Chester Thompson! I know you want to know about drum solo's, but the drum duet between these two has to rate as amongst the best drumming I've seen!

Neil Peart instruction DVDs are my new porn! Der Trommler, YYZ, Burning for Buddy anything he touches really. Billy Cobham Quadrant 4. I love John Bonham's work but Moby Dick gets boring after the first week. Bill Bruford. It's more Peart's tight accenting that I love. Oh, and Keith Moon doing anything, not necessarily playing the drums, his life was a solo!

Has to be, the best of all time, the drum solo inthe full extended version of Iron Butterfly's Innagaddadavida. Incidentally it is also the longest drum solo as well.

Too hard to choose one but try these (will include the album they're from - if I know it!).
John Bonham - Moby Dick (Led Zep II)
Trilok Gurtu - Mother Tongues (John McLaughlin - Live at Festival hall)
Terry Bozzio - Frank Zappa's The Black Page
Mike Portnoy - Just about anything you see, try youtube
Dave Weckl - Again anything but the Chick Corea acoustic album is great
Just so many to choose from!
