Selenium for the man is said to improve sperm quality!!

'For a man, not only does selenium help with the health of sperm, but it gives them extra vigour by making them swim faster – giving a whole new meaning to the term fast food!'

your partner can take zinc,,it comes as a tablet form, and also you can try finding out what date you ovulate.. it is about The 13,14,15th day from the first day of your period. when you know this you should make love, it is the about the time that you will conceive.
because your doctor has put you on clomid, has he said that there is any thing wrong? do you have regular periods?
i hope this helps, and i hope you conceive soon,,
good luck.

Get the man to ware loose underware so his testicles are the best temperature as it helps the motility of sperm.
He should also take a vitamin C suppliment as this helps the quality and longevity of the sperm.
Do you know if you have a prolapsed cervix? If so, you on top will help as the direction is better then for the sperm to get where they need to be.
Good luck.

Stop taking Clomid !!!!!! And you will succeed. My friend stopped taking them, and she got preganant !!! besides that Clomid has very negative side effects - if taking them for 12 months, you risk ovarian cancer. both my mum and sister, developed 2 breast lumps after taking it for 6 weeks.

They say to cut down on alcohol and tobacco and wear loose fitting cotton underwear for men. Other than that, nothing really - I don't think positioning makes any difference.

Good luck to you both, I hope you conceive soon xx

I realise it's easier said than done but try not to think about the reason your having sex and concentrate on the pleasure. We have been advised not to have sex every day either but to try every other day to give the mans sperm time to revitalise itself.
