Dear God that's terrifying. Having been through Indian phone centre hell on many occasions and NHS hell on too many occasions I don't see how it can possibly work! How can the NHS get my records half way round the world and back safely when they can't get them to another department in the same Hospital!!!!

I do, aparently some or most of our records are sent abroad for all to be updated etc. It's cheap labour. Same as the call centers

I work for the NHS in Sussex, but I don't understand what you are saying???
