Sorry, the Earth is not spherical, It is a geometric form called "sferoid". This means that the Earth is a bit "flattened". The diameter from pole to pole is shorter than the diameter parallel to the equator line.

1. The horizon looks curved.
2. The world has different time zones.
3. We believe on our elders and scientists and books
4. The feeling of gravity is same everywhere.
5. From a rocket, satellite or from the moon the earth looks spherical
6. The other planets in the solar system are spherical, so earth is no special planet to have a different shape.
7. If one starts walking in one direction after a few years one would have reached the same place from where one would have begun!

1: you look at the horizon, it's not perfectly straight (you can't tell with the blind eye) 2: gravity concept 3: einstein's theories 4: going around the world and reaching the same place 5: mars's and venuses' shape 6: no idea 7: straight lines are curved on the earth's surface 8: the moon circles the earth perfectly. causes the earth to be perfectly spherical 9: the earth spins around itself and we don't feel any change in gravity, if it was oval, (alot not a little), we would feel diferent gravity on each side of the oval. 10: the earth spins around the sun and doesn't scourge any side of itself, so it has to be perfectly round 11: i don't like 6, exclude it 12: bye.
