It's not too bad. But your O level results aren't so much dependent on the school you attend but your own efforts. I know of many excellent teachers who teach in lousy schools but the students screw up their own results big time. So, it's up to your own effort.
But of course, your learning environment also determines a bit of your achievements too. A good learning environment needs to be conducise for studying. A gauge of a conducive environment in the school will be based on the students' behaviour outside school. Usually if the students behave like monkeys in public, they probably are monkeys in school too.

What is your defination of "Good" In Singapore most of the schools are good. But the place is a bit inconvenience, if your family has a car, I guess it fine.
