I am experimenting on my computer in the BIOS. But I accidentally clicked the Disable command on the Video On-Board. How can I change it back to 32MB because I can't see anything in the monitor. How can I set it back if there is nothing seen in the monitor.

Just borrow a cheap PCI video card and put into an empty slot just long enough to get into your bios setting back. That you won't have to worry about losing any settings.

OK
-open your computer case
-on the mother board you'll find a small batary ( infolithum batery)
-remove it for 5 minutes so you'll lose any changes with the bios
then put it and start your computer
