i was like that before when i was still single.
go to office, go home, read books, go shopping. thats a pretty stuff to someone but its really boring. your pocket is full but your life is really boring. happy when you go out with friends but after that or tommorow, boring life again.......
im a new mommy now and starting to have a happy familly . im not saying to go ahead and marry anyone but at least i find a way to be happy ( i dont want to think how long coz i heard marriage can be boring at the long run) and at least i think i find my right loving guy.

well, if you're single start dating and have someone to talk to.

have a best friend whose also an officemate so you get to each other everyday.

if you have time and money go around the world....

and if you really have lots of money, book with spaceship going to the moon. (joke, im not serious)

i mean theres a lot to do. just dont occupy your time with a lot of work. because thats me before. and i really hate it. all my time is get to work.

if your sleeping 8 hours a day then you still have 16. less another 8 to your work, less another 4 for the time you spent in shower, closet, car and everything in the way. you still have 4, and make the most of it. and you still have the full weekend. dont be lousy and start a new hobby.

You are bored with the same routine you do almost everyday. There's just nothing new to you anymore. You can't find something that will seem a challenge to yourself... and that's because you're a nice person.

Commit something evil and find out if you can get away with it. Or if caught, how are you going to mend it. Example, how to impress another woman other than your wife... and eventually have sex with her? Make your imagination work. How does it feel like to court a woman anew... but without your wife's knowledge? That should interest you to live again. If you can't really commit it, then just let it happen in your own mind. It'll be less boring.

^__^

It has taken me a long time to understand my own answer that I'm about to give you, but here goes. You have to put as much energy, or more, into creating your life as you do into making your career. Yes, your career has always been very important to you, as mine has been to me, but I was forced to retire early, at age 48, due to an accident on the job. Now I'm retired, and I ain't got a clue about what to do with all my time. I often feel like I'm in solitary confinement since I can no longer do my absolute favorite pasttime, bicycle, because I lost my right leg in an on-the-job accident, which is why I'm retired. I do thank God, literally, that I was able to retire onto some country land with lots of trees, etc., on it, so I can have plenty to admire and work on. And God further blessed me by giving me wonderful neighbors, the man of the house being lots of fun in how he can find things to make me do so I'll never just sit idly by. He's a former Marine, and he was born out here in the country and he knows how to live out here like no city-boy like me could ever figure out, and he works like a dog, AFTER he comes home from his job in town. And he's very quick to let me know where he thinks I can "improve" my land. But all this is digressing. My original comment was about how YOU have to create as wonderful a "life" as you do a career. My country buddy doesn't really have to do all the work he does. And I couldn't keep up with him, but I've finally come to realize that he is doing exactly what I'm talking about. He's MAKING his world, with a lot of sweat. Nothing fancy. Just working outdoors and doin' things with his tractor, and new bulldozer (of all things), and all the tools and equipment he's gathered over all the years of his life (60). Never get caught with an empty life, and never forget, you need to create your life. It's never given to you. Only the opportunities have. God Bless you.

Don't rely on your job to keep you excited. You can trade in the current job for one more demanding - but I did that & it's a pain in the rear, making the effort all the time - I can do it, I just don't want to. I'm going to look for a job where I can cruise for another 5-10 years to retirement (I'm 44yo now).

As for moving overseas - I Did that in 1993. Left the UK & came to the USA & it worked great for me. At a young age it's a great thing to do - very rewarding. But it is a LOT of effort.

understand what brings you the most joy and fulfillment and persuit it, on top of that seek a partner in life with similar purpose, she can't be a housewife and have dreams of being one if you are a stunt double and so on, have similar purposes.
