for there to be a conspiracy, many people obviously would have to be involved.....from airline personnel, air traffic controllers, passengers, policemen, firemen, and a whole bunch of goverment officials...there is no way not a single one of them would not have an attack of conscience and expose the murdurous plot that killed almost 3,000 people....its time to put to rest all the conspiracy theories and admit the basic facts.....it was a brilliant plot that caight america flat-footed

There is no FACTUAL evidence to support the idea that the attacks on 9/11 were formulated by anyone other than the Al Queda terrorist group. This includes both our US government AND Saddam Huessein.
There was a video that spread like wild-fire on the internet years ago that made quite a compelling argument, but was later proven to be full of holes, mistruths and even some photoshopped images. It was started by someone who wanted to try and convince US citizens to vote Bush out of office, much like Farenheit 9/11 (good movie but too many flaws and cheap shots to be considered unbiased like it claimed to be, which was the reason for its decided failure).
If you would like to see some of the original 9/11 pentagon photos, which do resemble a plane crash, one would only need to search CNN's image database.
Any liberal news organization would certainly be on top of any of that were it even remotely true.
Regardless of what you think about President Bush and our government, anyone who believes that 9/11 WASN'T a real terrorist attack obviously doesn't understand just how horribly our nation was affected by it and really should take a good look in the mirror. They're merely just rebel rousers dying for some attention and have no idea the Hell that victims of that terrible day are going through.

I have to agree with the notion that the WTC was a deliberate action, by the american government, to provide an excuse and the backing of the population for the attack and occupation of Iraq, leading to a future similar situation for Iran(think "Pearl Harbour").
Physicists are now questioning the truth behind the explainations given by the government-funded investigations into the WTC collapses. Things such as:
Why was there so much melted steel when the temperatures to create such, should not have been created simply by the original explosions?
Too much powdered concrete and little rubble in comparison(indicitive of plastic explosive-like events)?
The time it took for the building to collapse was 0.6% slower than if an object had been dropped to the ground through the air with no resistance-indicating the floors under the collapsing buildings were gone BEFORE the collapsing upper floors hit them?
The odds of BOTH buildings falling so perfectly straight down...just like a professional demolition?
Not to mention other observations:
Video footage showing smaller explosions BELOW the planes damage, as the towers fell.
Reports from the fire services at the scene stating they heard multiple small explosions immediately before the collapse.
The owner renewing his insurance to include such a specific terrorist attack just before it happened.
The stocks and shares suspiciously soaring prior to the "attack", totally out of context to all the previous years.
Too many questions and anomalies...not enough answers from those who should be able to give them, if they were NOT hiding something...
All this and more. Body language experts have been analyzing the responses given by bush and co. from questions arising from this tragedy. Their findings are not helping to dispel the fear that the american government were more responsible than negligent...

i think the attack on the pentagon was strange.. definitely seemed more like the work of a missile than a plane (where were plane parts? body parts??)
i think nyc was totally real. osama had targeted the WTC before.
perhaps the gov. saw an opening with the WTC attacks and attacked the pentagon to make it seem more of an attack against the government as well as the people/economy.
i do believe that the government was looking for any excuse to go to war with iraq. baby bush looking to get the war and the win that papa bush couldnt get. you dont hear anything about bin laden anymore.. just saddam (who has been proved to have had no links with 9/11).
it is a sad, sad situation. if i had had a relative die in the attacks, i would be raising all kind of hell. i dont believe that it is impossible for our government to not find osama.

It was a terrorist attack. But on that day Bin Laden was in the United States of America. The government hid him and got him out of the country as soon as possible secretly. So the government I think was behind it along with the Iraqi's. Bush also wanted to go back over there and finish what his father started. This was just an excuse for him to do exactly that. Now we are losing so many of our men and women over there that we as citizens of the USA are now asking ourselves what is this for? What are we fighting for? What do we have to prove to them? I think that this may be the start of world war III. Hope I am wrong, but by the looks of things I may not be far off the mark. Alot of other countries have already pulled out of Afghanistan. And here we are sending in more people to die. I hope that Bush got what he wanted because pretty soon they will be back here doing more damage than Katrina did in Lousiana.

Sorry, but if you were ever at a plane crash the first thing you would notice is the wings collapse againts the fuselage leaving a long narrow tube. Kinda like a missle. The Pentagon is a hardened structure unlike the average sky scraper. Also where did all the passengers go if the Pentagon was struck by a missle?

I understand and unfortunately I feel kind of the same way. There was no surprise in the reactions of our leaders. Planes have been scrambled before when private planes didn't respond to their radio calls, but yet we couldn't get a jet to them in time. Does anyone remember Richard Clark and him telling us that immediately they asked how they could tie it into Iraq. The task force trying to find Bin Ladin has been disbanded. Pakistan won't let us, the world coalition into his country to look for him. The Bin Ladin family members in this country on 9/11 being flown out when no other planes were allowed in the sky. The Bin Ladin family financing W's oil endeavors. The US troop in Afghanistan now are only there to train Afghanistan's. We can find all these other suspected terrorist from Iraq but we can't find an extremely tall Arab who needs a dialysis machine on a regular basis. The list goes on and on. Why is our Congress not pushing to find this man? Why is our President not pushing to find this man? We helped Osama fight and armed him when he was fighting the Russians in Afghanistan, don't we know about those hiding places, does our country have something terrible to hide. Those Innocent people who died that day, and their families, deserve better than this country has given them.

Well according to all the conspiracy theories I have read it was a ploy by the governemnt to wage another war, bring in new legistation, and control the masses. The magnitude of the crisis is readily apparent by noting that 9/11 serves as a pretext for a never-ending war against the world, including preemptive strikes against defenseless, but resource rich countries. It also serves as a pretext for draconian measures of repression at home, including the cabinet level Department of Homeland Security and Patriot Act I, and its sequel. September 11th has become the cause for numerous other acts from massive increases in military spending and to a Fast Track Trade Agreement for the President.

Domestic Terrorism by the US government.
Why?
To invade Iraq for a regional base and natural resources (oil)
The US HAD to have a reason, to invade a foreign country and what is a better way then to attack oneself.
I really believe Afghanistan was just a stepping stone and a rally point for the invasion.
I also believe there will be another terror attack soon by the US government to point the finger at Iran..and to use it as a pretext for war.
Why?
Because the US is out of options. Sanctions in UN=Veto

Lost people on that day. While I don't know how involved our government was or wasn't in the attacks, there are a lot of unexplained questions about the Bush families' relationship to the Bin Ladin family. And where the hell is Bin Laden now?How could he just vanish off the face of the earth?I find it very hard to believe that a country as sophisticated ,with state of the art spying on its citizens technology, as the US,can't locate one miserable desert rat. I don't think he will ever be brought to justice.I sometimes wonder if he ever existed at all.
