Don`t get me wrong, I love giving out treats to the neighbor kids. What really pisses me off is when a nice car pulls up out front and ghouls and witchs jump out from some "Hotsie Totsie" gated community. These parents probably drive 20 miles just to fill their kids bags. It`s really annoying. I have s special treat planned this year, just for these little ghouls. POPSICLES!!!!
