I suggest trying something like Orbitz or Priceline or Travelocity.com to get a comparison. These sites will give you a comparison of prices based on your criteria and location. We rented from Hertz a couple months back, found they had the best rate then went directly to their site to make the reservations. They had an online coupon that gave another 10% off (though we ended up using a coupon from an entertainment book that gave us a free day instead).
