You don't. There is no "accurate" way, even ultra sound can be wrong.

There is no accurate way to know the sex of the baby before birth. Even the ultra sound can be wrong at times.

Amniocentesis : Accuracy 100%!
A very detailed examination of the liquid taken can give you quite a lot of information about your baby, especially in health issues.
You should know that it involves a 30 cms. needle that goes deep into the belly to reach the fetus and take approx. 10 cc of the liquid around the baby.
It is a safe procedure, if performed by an experienced gynecologist.
I have done it twice, as I got pregnant in a ...mature -let's say- age and my doctor wanted to be sure about the health of the baby, before it was born.
If you have no severe reason to do it, avoid it!

I did this really cool thing that my step mom told me about. It is where you take draino chrystals, put them in a jar ( big enough for you to pee in or to dump some of your urine in). When you put the urine in the jar it should turn colors. If it turns blue it is a girl and if it turns a green color it is a boy. I did it and it told me I was having a girl and sure enough she was. Hope this helps you even if you don't think it will be accurate for you, I thought it was fun to try. Hope you find out.

look carefully at the sonography report done at the completion of 4th or 5th month...if you see a small structure hanging out from between the legs i.e. the penis..then ofcourse its a boy..
