I have one friend who is my colleague. She is really a good friend to me. Everyday she used to bring lunch for me. One day on her birthday, I asked her to come to restaurent. She told no. I asked her why?. She told me that she won't come out with any others and she will go outside only with her brother. I told her that u can ask ur brother come with me, she told no. I left that issue. Oneday she asked me to come to restaurent lonely, then i told ok and i went. The next day i asked her why u didn't come before and why u did come yesterday? She simply answered because she just want do that. I am not able to understand her what she is thinking of me.

You're being feasted lunch by your friendly colleague. that's great. There is no apparent problem here, enjoy her company. And remember the next time you invite her on lunch...she is likely to accept it.
May be on the first occasion she was not prepared for your offer...and refused at once, then she reconsidered it, felt sorry and mended her wrong by inviting you on lunch. Good luck!

Relax, the first time you asked her to go out with you, she probably panicked. So you can see that she is more comfortable now, because she asked you this time...Give it time. Relationships take time and when you meet someone at work, its often difficult to have a relationship after hours...

well it greatly depends on the country she hails frm n the kind of family she belongs to .....it seems 2 me that she belongs to a very conservative family n so is not able to socialise so comfortably....
but after knowing u n that its not that bad to go out she changed her mind....n tryed to have lunch.....she is shy of telling u abt her family because she thinks that u may consider her backward.....orthdox....
i m sure that she is now more acqinted with u n wont reject another lunch......do u no her brother,may b he is to protctive n wont allow her to lunch her with someone else....n may b she convinced her 4 ur sake...or didnt tell him that she is going out with u .....
b sure that u dont propose her now....(just in case u want to) ...let her gain some confidence on u.

...it's hard to know unless you talk to her about it. I think that maybe she is a traditional girl, so then follow traditional rules. I hope that this helps. PS--take her some sweets.
