Sorry, an innings to me means cricket not baseball. Don't really understand the question. Divided by a common language.

20*5=100:total score
total score for 4 innings =32+10+40+12=98
so the score for last innings =100-98=2

6. But in a real game, it is almost an imposibility to come up with 6 in the 5th inning as scores in the game are not constant. The 1st 4 inning proves it.

x=100-94

32+10+40+12+X=100

Subtract 32+10+40+12=94 from both sides.

100-94=6

X=6
