Wasn't it Thomas Jefferson who said give me Liberty or Give me Death. American citizens are being enslaved with new restrictions on their liberties that will probably be worse than death.

The police are going out of control with their laws. So many people are becoming felons because of harsh drug laws.

And then these felons can never get a decent job again to feed their families.

Now because of the erosion of the U.S. Constitution probably 1/2 the u.s. will get entwined in the criminal justice system because everyone does something wrong.

Whether it's puffing a joint, or hiring a prostitute, or homosexual sexual acts.

There is no one without some sin. Just some get caught and some don't

And yet with a felony conviction, your life is pretty much destroyed.

All our founding fathers were beer drinking, manufacturing criminals. They all would have violated our prohibition laws. That's why they made the constitution.

And now the police are stomping it out.

I appreciate the extent of your explanation, but I personally believe that you are completely wrong on ALL accounts.

a. Patrick Henry made the statement, not Thomas Jefferson.

b. A person (who committed a felony in the past) is not ruined at all. To be perfectly honest, I am a convicted felon. I committed a felony theft when I was 23 years old. Yes, the felony is on my record until I leave this earth (and still a record after I am gone). But due to the course of life I have chosen since my crime, it has NEVER affected me negatively. If you would like to know HOW to get a GREAT job as a felon IN ANY STATE, I can show you how. It's a simple plan and it works perfectly. Since my conviction, I have had 5 jobs. I have successfully earned the respect of my co-workers, passed each and every criminal background check and have stacks of "letters of referrals."

c. Life is what YOU make it. No one on this planet guaranteed us a perfect, successful life. Sometimes, no matter what kind of person you are, life "sticks it to you." But even a cotton farmer can work the largest (and most properous) fields only to find that elements OUTSIDE of his control can ruin a harvest. There are NO guarantees. When you buy your own island, perhaps you can dictate the laws of society and the universe. Until then, you are in the weird world with the rest of us.

I am repeat my earlier point to ensure that you 'get it' -Your life , as a felon, is NOT destroyed. If you need assistance working around this problem, contact me and I will show you how.

Ask one of the 300 he killed if that is what they are concerned about?
No it wasn't Thomas Jefferson, should have stayed in school instead of smoking your weed.
Can you name one liberty you have lost? Of course not because you haven't.
The Police don't make laws, they enforce ones you voted in.
It is a felony to sell drugs to minors, in schools and to kill people to sneak them into the country, guess that is okay with you.
Felons can't get decent jobs to feed their families? Perhaps if they weren't buying, selling and using drugs they could have been feeding their families.
1/2 and erosion of Constitution. You really don't have a clue.
Whether it's puffing a joint, or hiring a prostitute, or homosexual sexual acts- made sure you threw in homosexual acts to appear liberal rather than just a plain junkie.
No one without sin or no one who lives within the law? It is a sin to remain ignorant, we haven't arrested you for this.
Felony convictions are why you should not commit felonies - duh.
Beer drinking is not against the law. Have you gotten lost in 1920?

Let us give you the benefit of the doubt and say you are just a drug crazed idiot who has no idea what he is talking about and let it go at that.

The best way God can save America is to show the Police where you are hiding so they can put you away from the rest of society for a long long time. Drug laws are too lax. Prostitution is illegal because most of the people in the US want it to be. And there is no law against being homosexual. No one is without sin, but most are within the law. Your obviously not.

A democracy is having some important value. It is recognised for clarifying certain fundamental rights & directive principles collectively and individually, it is enjoyed

Islamic Terror gang leaders like Binladin can't tornish the constitutional rights of another country with their menial acts. Possibly these acts will build the unity of a nation more solid by patching up all the differences among the nationals.

What you have mentioned under your explanation is clarified further under Judicial System and Law & Order. It is not the constitution as per your view.

The preamble of the US Constitution is always Quoted as "it is for the people, by the people and to the people" & "We have trust in the God"!

Binladin is a small worm in a bag of Sugar. He will die with his greedy ambition!!!!

You must be a felon or you know somebody that is a felon. I can't believe you said harsh drug laws, how are they supposed to be? Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
