When did you last teach her - five years ago? Then there's nothing at all wrong with pursuing a relationship with her, and anyone who disapproves needs to learn to mind their own business.

Teacher-student relationships are very wrong if they happen while the student is still in the teacher's classes, but five years later? Pffft. Go for it!

Your Title is Second Marriage, so I will assume that you are a divorced Father of two, I also must assume that you are no longer her teacher, with this in mind, depending on your Culture, if you love her, then ask her to marry you.
What other people think and perceive is something you must accept and deal with.
Evaluate your feelings towards her, are you wanting to marry her because she is a widow with two children, and you feel Sympathy for her, or are your feelings still after all these years, genuine and wanting to build a future with her and her children.
Whatever you decide, Good Luck.

Your english is so bad I can't imagine you teaching anything.
I think you are a middle aged man who is playing with his gnarled erection.
I pity your poor wife and while I'm at it stay away from the poor widow you old sick pervert.

wait a minute
let me clear this
You want to marry her bcoz you love her, it has nothing to do with "people's eye", first of all.
you said you are married , rite? and you have kids also
so does that means that you no longer love your wife?? soon after you find your old love?
How cheap and selfish,
Just think about that lady who is your wife and mom of your kids
and an advice for you be happy with your wife bcoz she deserves it!!

who's living your life? you or other people? if we all cared about what people thought, we can never be our true selves, can we? we'll keep adjusting ourselves to fit into society. how can we be happy with that?

love doesn't come easy. once you have it, keep it safe and right next to you. never let it out of your sight.

good luck!
