You may NEVER forget all the bad things that have happend in your life. but you can learn to live with them. if you accept life for what it is, a C U N T, then it will be alot eaiser. you find your self not saying, "why why why", but " fu*k it, i dont care, i have got x y and z and i can do a b and c. do you know what i mean.
life is REAL hard and you never know what is going to come out at you. but all your life experiences make you who you are. you should look back on your life and be proud your still here and carrying on with this hell of a life. it WILL get better and you will have some good times, but without bad times there wouldnt be any good. ya understand. ??
Look at the bigger picture. Do somethig with your life/time that is WORTH doing that will TAKE YOU SOMEWHERE. Then you will have a certain confidence about yourself and nothing will stop you then.
If you have a REAL BAD day, then just try to relax by doing what you love to do, mines listening to music and being alone.
gudluck though and take care. xx

It's very easy to live in the past and mope around. Then, before you know it, you're old and lonely. Instead, look to the positives of the future. If life knocks you back, jump up laughing. Do 7 things a week you wouldn't normally do. Eat something you haven't had in years, phone someone you havent spoken to in some time (but a happy-chat!) Rent a film: pick a genre and get the counter person to recommend one. I've seen some great films that way. Go to sleep thinking positively about the day you've had, and wake up looking forward to the positives of the new day.

If you are religious turn it over to god. If your not then talk to someone that you trust to get everything out of your head. You will not ever forget the bad things but talking does help ease the pain of remembering. Also if you can join a group that helps kinda like what you went through, sometimes knowing that you are not alone can help.

You don't forget your past! the more you wanna forget, the more you'll remember it. You do not forget, you just don't turn back to look at them , but you look forward to the future! A brighter future that brings you joy and happiness. Once you look at the brighter side, you'll find those bad things in the past turned out to be a great lesson for you.

I don't think you'll ever really forget the bad things that happened in your life. They will always be there in your memory and you'll have relapses too.
But you can get over it or learn to live with it by focussing on other things. Things that will take your mind of it, things you really enjoy doing etc.

i dont think that u can forget all the things that happened to ur life. instead, make them as ur guides and instruments to make things right and fall into it's proper places. the next time u encounter trials, u will know what to do. everything that happens has a reason and purpose. accept what happened. past is past. move on and pray..

Depends how bad they were.
If you have issues as a result of them then see a psychiatrist & get them sorted out.
If it was something you did that was bad, then don't see it as a bad thing but learn from it & know that it made you a better person now.

see a therapist to talk them out and put them in true perspective .. you wont forget them , but they wont have as traumatic an effect on you and you will be able to move past them, by doing that, they lose whatever power they had over you
